HCRC is currently seeking a soft skills Instructor to support one of our Federal Clients.
Position is onsite
Salary is based on a combination of experience and education.
Basic Purpose
To implement and facilitate training programs for assigned areas of company. Collaborate with the Instructional Designers and test the development of learning activities, training materials, facilitator guides, lesson plans, and class schedules. Conduct training sessions, monitor effectiveness and recommend program modifications. Investigate operational processes and procedures to determine feasible and effective training solutions. Identify and assess organizational issues and training/development needs. Present findings and recommendations to management. May be required to travel and work evenings and/or weekends.
Position Summary
the Soft Skills Instructor assumes responsibility of the facilitation of Soft Skills Training offered. He/she will follow the prescribed curriculum/calendar of activities that are designed to develop the soft skills of clients. This is done to increase their skill level in order to secure employment.
Qualifications
Must possess a Bachelor's degree
Considerable knowledge of curriculum and program development.
Knowledge of the development of individual action plans.
Knowledge of job search, resume writing, interview skills, and professional soft skills.
Demonstrated skill in integrating technology into curriculum.
.Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, with a diverse population
Demonstrated leadership skills.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite software and applications, and personal computers.
