Human Capital Resources and Concepts is seeking a talented Pricing Analyst to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to excel in a supportive work environment. Come be a part of our innovative team!
What You'll Get To Do: As a Pricing Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in our proposal development process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and competitiveness in our pricing strategies. Here's a glimpse of what you'll be responsible for:
Material Estimates Preparation: You'll analyze customer requirements outlined in RFPs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop material estimating strategies. Your expertise will be crucial in selecting appropriate pricing methods and ensuring compliance with customer and FAR regulatory requirements.
Proposal Support: You'll compile costs, schedules, technical elements, and subcontractor costs in alignment with RFP specifications. Your meticulous attention to detail will be evident in the comprehensive support you provide during proposal reviews.
Data Analysis and Modeling: Leveraging historical data and interacting with various functional areas, you'll research, analyze, and develop cost models to support our proposal efforts and overall pricing strategy.
Factory Labor Estimates: You'll work closely with the Operations Program Management (OPM) team to develop accurate factory labor estimates, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 6 years of related experience OR Master's degree with a minimum of 4 years of related experience.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Clear written and oral communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Federal proposal efforts.
- Working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning Systems, specifically SAP.

Salary Range: $85,000 - $127,000 (Note: The salary range is indicative and may vary based on factors such as experience, education, and market conditions.)
